apple sues samsung for having a perfectly valid idea, and following thru on it.. an apple spokes man said:
"inovative design and practical usage of mobile devices has been patented by apple and samsung are breiching our patent by having ideas of there own."
a samsung official said in reply: "apple havent had a single good idea in the last 20 years, they re use old ideas re name them give them a propriatary connection then try to patent it. and now they are even trying to patent other peoples ideas saying they own the rights to it because it was inovative, so apple patented its just they had not thought of it yet"
