Samsung 840 Pro 128gb suddenly slows

I've only had my drive for about a month, and there's been about 600gb written to it. TRIM and AHCI are enabled. Latest drivers, firmware, everything. However, the actual drive isn't damaged, says HD Tune. I'll post results of my AS-SSD benchmark -they may seem fast, but earlier I was booting without seeing the Windows logo even complete itself and now it hangs well beyond the finishing point.

Are you sure you are in ahci mode and on a sata 3 sata socket ?

Here is my bench and there are quite a few differences in the top left with yours

My write speeds are shit and thats normal as I dont have the pro..

Are you using Samsung Magician? If you are, try setting one of the OS optimization presets.

You haven't been running benches non-stop have you?

They are not good for the drive.

To me it looks like it configured in ATA look at the top left of his bench program "ATA"

To me it looks like it's running off a sata 2 bus.
Would explain why you can't break 300mb/s
