Not sure if anyone has gone out and got this yet. If you haven't you bloody should! In my honest opinion it is much better looking than Crysis and has a very "real" feel too it.

Graphics are very nice but quit demanding... has a few bugs but so does the first Stalker. Everyone should check it out.

I have included a screenshot (below) I find the new "light rays" stunning. The screenshot has been taken just as fork lightning has shruck. STUNNING.

I'll try and get some more eye candy for you all.

I love this game. I'malso about to finish it apparently, before time as well, which is a bit of a disappointment.

However, i think i'm gonna re-play it, with more mods this time.

STALKER SoC was solid. Hope this one's a little bit easier.

quite the opposite im afraid. for example, guns are less accurate and need fixing and modding, which costs money, of which you don't get too much, and so on.

I fired up this over the weekend.

I seem to be able to max it out at 1400X1050 but not at 1600X1200, it's the first game I've played that I haven't been able to max out since I upgraded from an 8600GTS to the 8800.

Based on the few hours I gave at it, it seems to be more of the same which if not as buggy is certainly good.

Problem I have is that when I get spare time, I've kinda become addicted to FF VII Crisis Core on my PSP.

Yep, It is buggy. I am now stuck as a story mission cannot be carried out because the game cannot see I have completed the objective.

So either I wait for a patch or start again.

Anyone tried the multiplayer? Not my kinda thing.

What happened to me was that I played through the first task, and saved. Now whenever I load that save it crashes to the desktop...

This was under Vista though, so it might be time to go back again and try it under XP and see if the same thing happens.

Something similar happened to me in the first one. While the game recognized that I'd finished a mission, it still left the green thing on the map which stopped me making friends with the duty dudes and getting in to do the duty leaders missions. I tried shooting my way in but ended up just wiping out the whole duty base which wasn't really my aim.

Looks nice. Although I can't play any games atm, my gx2 went nips up and i'm rocking a 6800 atm... Suppose I better get the rma going...

So the game - I didn't like the first, it peed me off, I'd do stuff and it wouldnt recognise it. There was a LOT of running around the map which just took the mick. It also looked w@nk, this hower looks sexy... Tell me it is better than the 1st...

i did the same thing also man. I bought the first one and this together. Clear skys takes place before the first one. So you can play it before the old one.

Do you do this by any chance by clicking the "Last Save" option under the Load menu? If so, try the named save file itself, it seemed to fix the same issue for me... somehow..
