RX360 with Panaflo

Just wondering whether the XSPC Rasa RX360 kit is capable of cooling two GTX460's as well as a Sandy Bridge E processor.

I am using PrimoFlex LTR 7/16" tubing with distilled water and probably some Primochill Liquid Utopia additive.

Is it worth paying $80 each for the GTX460 waterblocks or should I just run them on air?

Thanks

I would say that a single 360 would only cool the cpu. I dont think you would get away with the gpu's aswell and it probably isn't really worth cooling them anyway. I would say you would need another 360 rad at minimum to cool the 460's and unless you're oc'ing it probably isn't worth the cost and effort.

Just my $0.02

If you use 3 slot between the two 460,there is no need to wc them. They dont get that hot.Rx360 is more than enough for cooling the cpu.

A 360 rad could cool the 460's and the CPU easily........ Thing is is it worth buying waterblocks for the 460s? The answer would be no.

As for the 360 only coping with the CPU LOL thats madness. a 240 would do it easily

Agreed with tom, I have a rather toasty Q9550 and a 6950 2 gig and motherboard all running through a single 360 rad, never seen above 50 degrees on full load

I run both my 460s in a loop and its not as mad as tom suggests. You get some nice over clocks off them how ever i dont run them off a RX360 i run them off my own 360 rad which is total over kill. How ever my temps are really low and the system is dead quiet.

Yeah, I think I might do it. It will probably cost me around $200 to watercool my graphics cards. By the way Mayhem, I am trying to get your products in at PC Case Gear Australia.

For the money you spend on waterblocks Id honestly say sell your gpu's and put the money towards a / more better cards. Its honestly not worth the investment

he should be able to pick some up now for less than £20.00 (second hand) as plenty of people are upgrading at the moment.

Cant wait for your rads to be available in Canada XD il be making either a 2x240mm or 1x360mm 1x240mm WC rig!!

Great stuff you got mayhem, continue!!!!

I will have my two GTX460's for a few years to come most likely so I ended up watercooling them just for the hell of it!

I don't know why, but I just REALLY like my 460's
