Running on a laptop...

If I install v7 on a laptop that I shutdown and start up a few times over the course of a day, would this be an issue for the software? Will it cleanly "pause" whatever it is doing when I shut down and resume when I start up?
Would hate to corrupt data or lose all the work the system does being up for a few hours when I go to shutdown...

If you pause the unit that's being done via the pause button on the V7 client, I don't think multiple shutdowns would be an issue. Pretty sure that soon as you pause via the client it'll start up again at the last checkpoint whenever you resume the unit.

You can set,
"Quit on windows close" in the V7 client "Preference"
