RoG Fusion

As some of you know the village of Northbridge, Southbridge and MOSFET were flooded during a leak from the plastic reducer supplied for the RoG Fusion block. Tightening it only serves to break it worse apparently unlike other leaks so that FUBARd that.

Fusion is 3/8" and my system is 1/2" so I need a reducer (well 2 really) but I want metal ones to make sure this won't happen again. Any ideas where I can snag one?

For a quick and simple fix you could use a 1/2" to 3/8" copper reducer from a plumbing supplies store. Give the outside a bit of a buff and voila, plus it won't crack

Doesn't really help Barry :(

I know the block isn't great but I'm WCing to get the best and currently my only option for WCing all of the RoG components is AF blocks because NONE of the others will fit in my system because I'm SLi and the SB is under the PCB for the "third" (second in 2-way) GPU. This means yes it can be done but the AF blocks although working do not inspire confidence in the cooling ability because of their internal design. So until I can find a SB block or get a custom one to spec that is NOT an option.

Back to the first question. Where can I obtain a 3/8" to 1/2" reducer to plumb my RoG Fusion in?

I shall go raid the local supply store in hope but given I don't know much about it I might come back with anything :D

ROFL my apologies, I was completing a news article and didn't finish reading the whole post. Blonde moment!

Most decent plumbing suppliers will have plenty of reducers but as I don't live in the UK I can't help you nail a particular one down.
