Regassing

I'm having a minor problem with a machII unit.I bought it new and it has less than 700 hours on it.It works fine in every way ,except it doesn't seem to cool that well.A roughly 1ghz overclock on a p4 at 1.7v yields cpu temps of about 0C/-1C ,idle is about -15C.It has always been like this and it isn't contact issues again.Is this normal for machII, if not, what is ? and what is most likely wrong with it.I thought it may need regassing (maybe incorrect amount of gas) or a gas upgrade.Where can i get this done or can anyone post a detailed guide for me to pass on to a fridge engineer,or if it isn't too difficult,what would i need to do it myself.If i learnt to do it myself,i'd be prepared to do it for other members of this forum toooooohh,citylink van pulling up.....must be goodies from Phil.....gotta go ,thanks guys.

I've been reading up on this myself, as I have a Baker 18 head and mod cap tube doing fanny adams here, and want to get it fitted sometime this millennia.

The reason not many people are not willing to undertake the works is if something goes wrong they are liable to replace whatever is borked and if its the cct board then it is near impossible to get hold of......????
