wow how hot do your rooms get? lol! thats serious folding power
my lil machine gets the room so toasty it literally gave me a nose bleed the other night, so no overnight folding for me anymore
work pcs are helping out during the day too
Fair question! My folding farm is sitting in the living room and pretty much heating my entire apartment. I seldom even use anything beyond that for heating. My machine is a bit extreme though. But I really cant let it run with 30°C+ outside otherwise I'd cook - never mind the possibility of that expensive computer dying on me increases.
Hence I had a folding brake for roughly 2 months I think. But with 15° - 20°C outside. the folding farm is just a charm to run...

I have been away from the PC by almost 300 miles, so much thanks to the O/H for keeping the folding machine up and churning

@ stevehat1: Congrats to reaching 300 million! That's a pretty ridiculous milestone.
I personally celebrated about 150 million just a few days ago... which I would crack if I put all the usernames and teams I folded for together; but man oh man, 300 million is pretty sick!

The points add up real fast at 650K PPD. The GPU QRB is a real boon to an old GPU folder.
Still at 123 project ranking, the competition is really though once you hit the top 175 or so. The goal is to get on the first page or top 100, anyone want to loan me some 7970s LOL

Hmm that's a good question. I think 80 Euro a month is the 700W that thing pulls from the wall 24/7... I did calculate that once, I don't remember if it's still right though...
F@H heaters work well! A bit too well in my room anyway
