EVGA GTX460 768Mb 850/1700/2050 10500PPD.
Palit GTX460 1024Mb 800/1600/2000 10000PPD. (tomorrow i will find the max overclock).
Can give the EVGA more voltage and see if it goes any further the palit i will work with tomorrow..

I should be adding 2 Asus 460GTX Direct CU cards next week; selling my 9800 cards. Same PPD but half the power drawer!
The GTS460's are a gem in that respect, mine are @900/1800 core/shader and heat behind the card at the exhaust is barely warm....
You will be pleased with them!!

are you cards right next to each other steve? my top card runs about 30 degree's hotter than the one below plus i had to set the nvidia drivers to offload physx to the cpu so they would do 11,232 ppd each and not 9400 and 8600 ppd
On this Rampage II GENE mATX board yes right next to each other. I have them spread apart with a DVI/VGA adaptor between the cards and a low CFM 120 fan blowing on them. I am also case less and with a horizontal layout for the mobo.
Only my two lower PPD home rigs are in cases with dual cards and they have no side panel and have additional 120 cfm fans blowing on the cards.....

ahh i have mines in 2 slots where there isnt hardly any gap between them with i have 2x25mm deltas blowing on them but ill get my new case sometime in the next week so ill be able to split them with a double slot inbetween and i hope that should sort them temps out
what volts and core/shader and mem u running on ur cards?
Thank you Sir for the offer, but the case less rigs are really my preference. They are quite utilitarian that way....but not very pretty, actually they are quite ugly

Core/shader is 900/1800 mem is at default V is 1.087 and temps are 65 and 60 but ambient is 24.....this all per MSI Afterburner....

im only gettin temp issues on the top card the msi cyclone thats sittin at 82 just now but the bottom card a reference asus one its 51 while folding at 25 degree's c ambient
i have an oc of 922/1844/2105 on both cards @ 1.087v, 930 is heaven stable but gpu3 hates it after 15% or there abouts the client restarts the wu from where it fails
EDIT: did you have trouble gettin the proper ppd outta them i had to offload physx to the cpu to correct it
