Recommend a S939 motherboard ?

Hi folks,

I've been trying to determine the best processor in the AMD Processors forum, and now I need to figure out the best motherboard for me.

The basic requirements are probably:

- S939

- Four DDR slots

- Gigabit ethernet (two not necessary)

- 3gb/s Sata

- SLI

However, it's going to be water cooled, so I'd like a really good motherboard for stable overclocking too.

Tweakers delight, stable 4 phase power and gets huge overclocks

What do I lose over the MUCH cheaper DFI LanParty UT NF4 SLI-D for example ?

The SLI-D is a solid board - I should know

EDIT: But that issue is fixed now afaik
