Random GPU Load

Hi there, My GPU goes to full load and 50% load while sitting at the desktop doing nothing. I have noticed this for the past few days and it has been bugging me now as I cannot figure what is causing this. Can anyone help me figure this out or know what is going on ?

Have you been utilizing more than one display? Any background scans or tasks running? Check your processes in the task manager and see what's running.

also check the power management options. sometimes sends a signal to monitor
for reply to quailify idle or hibernate..

I have no other monitor running just the single monitor and this is the first time that i have ever had this happen to me. I have nothing else running in the background. I am running the latest drivers, I have re-installed them twice and still doing it. Would it maybe help if i roll back a driver or two ?

OK, so ever since the newest Beta drivers from Nvidia and it seems to of fixed this issue
