Rampage IV Extreme in Fractal Design ARC Midi

I already have a rig in an Fractal Design Arc Midi, and am planning to upgrade to 2011 rig with 3930K and Asus Rampage IV Extreme. Can you tell me if this motherboard will fit in my current ARC or do i need to change the case?

Not much difference between the extreme and the formula , and also lower price .
