RAM sinks and stickin'

Hi there,

I recently replaced my 8800gt's stock cooler with an acrtic cooling accelero s1. Just got back to uni, pc in the car for a couple of hours and a couple of the ramsink's have come off/loose

Basically I want to stick them down properly..

First off, is this the best kind of stuff?

Secondly, will it come off? I mean ever? I've seen Frag say that it'll pull of the ram chip if you try taking it off..

Thirdly.. I don't really want to stick down some crappy heatsinks, the ones I have are..



A mix of the AC ones and some Zalman ones, I bought the Zalaman pack for the small sinks that I've used on the right. The Zalman sinks on the ram chips however are too tall to fit under the cooler in some places, they need to be a bit less than 13mm tall.. Really I want the best available sinks if they're going to be fully stucked on..

I've already got a pack of these..

Swiftech MC14 VGA Ramsink

Or enzotech if you can find them.

I use shiatsu thermal tape or something... here

Works great and you can twist the ramsinks off when you come to sell...
