Raijintek announce their Asterion Plus and Classic cases

Front looks like the metis just a lot bigger, the top though reminds me of my Phanteks case o.O

Other than that I'm curious how good this will stack up to the competition

Really like this design. Clean and simple, and great watercooling support. Also, really like the slot load drive option. Only thing, wish the back side wasn't glass/acrylic. No matter how well your management is, who really wants to see their all their wiring?

I can think of one person, his name is Snef, he's a PC builder and one of his builds, which is a inverted, mainly black build, with some blue accents to it... His cable management on that build was epic and spot on.

It looks like most of the cases on the market today.

I'd disagree. Now if you said new cases, then i'd agree. But all glass panels and a false floor seems to be the "thing" right now. Massievly all overpriced imo, i'd rather stick with simple designs. No need to get fancy, simple does the job just as great for half the price.

This case will cost £152.99 for the Asterion Classic Tempered Glass versions and £159.99 for the Asterion Plus chassis which comes with hinged acrylic windows.

Am I reading this right? The acrylic version costs more than tempered glass version? Or does it come with other features not mentioned?

It does look like a stretched Metis for sure. Even the way the top and bottom curve around and bend to take the side panels looks identical :)
