Raid 0 intel 520x2 vs 1 sandisk 240gb extreme pro vs corsair ls [Help appreciated]

Hello all in the process of deciding which ssd to purchase. I heard good things about the drives listed below however unsure which will be best performance for price or if there is alternatives that are better. Thanks in advance for the assistance i really appreciate it.

Sandisk extreme pro 240gb -

You ought to just get a single ~240GB drive instead of 2 ~120GB drives. It is unlikely that you would even notice the difference in performance, regardless of the numbers benchmarks spit out. In fact having 2 520 drives in RAID 0 will not only increase risk of data loss, however in some situations could even provide less performance.
 
the corsair is def. the best option out of those three
raid would also be just useless
