Quicker HDD set up??

Would a single 2TB Caviar Black drive be faster or slower than 2 x 2TB Caviar Green drives in RAID 0?

The price for 2 greens are around the same price as 1 black so just wondered.

I'm not sure which would be quicker but for the same price 2tb extra seems pretty good to me
