I don't know, Their latest audio stuff has been pretty solid and on par with Corsairs audio stuff and Corsairs USB/Wireless Voids in the audio department are frakkin amazing for the price you pay.

Having said that I like Razers designs but even with THX their audio stuff isn't going to get vastly better, It will probably be new software for slightly better emulated surround etc...

If you want superb audio then go the dedicated AMP/DAC route and get yourself a good high end headphone like the Sennheiser HD650.

Worlds better.

Their audio gear has been good because they don't make any of it lol.

Their best speakers were made by Boston Acoustics, who for years have been good for a U.S company (years ago if you asked a yank what an audiophile was they'd have thought you used it to file speakers) but Boston and Allison were right up there.

You watch when they switch to making it themselves. It'll be cheap tat like the rest of the stuff they sell.

They want to copy Logitech and release certified THX products. Look at Logitech Z23100 2.1. The sound quality on those are outstanding and bear the logo THX.

I used to think that AMP/DAC's were good but now a Mixer passes a DAC.

IMO Razer makes some of the ugliest products on the market so i don't waste my time on them and also a few other companies i don't waste my time on either.

Haven't looked into mixers, What makes them better quality than AMP/DACs ?

Watch Jayz and you will find out it all he uses don't use a DAC.

A lot of Twitch streamer use a Mixer not a DAC people who i have watched who use a Mixer they have said sound quality is a lot better than a DAC.

Yes i know it comes down to a mic as well but pretty much all of them uses a XLR Mic.

Maybe the sound quality is better just for the actual mic and not just headphones ? I can;t see a top end 02 AMP/DAC or even a high high end Schiit stack being outmatched for headphone sound quality by a mixer board.
 
It won't be better than a DAC unless the mixer has one built in. It has a specific purpose, a mixer has its own. If you think it's better, it's psychological.
Also, XLR is only useful if it's balanced, otherwise there's not much benefit. But top end DACs and Amps have that too. It's just different gear for different uses

Yeah. I wouldn't even mind if it included the AIOs (maybe it does but they're not pictured) but yeah, very expensive. I do love how it looks though and the way it stands.

Still, it would take me a couple of months to save for and with Christmas a couple of months around the corner that means four months plus. Sod that..

Discord is the best one better that TeamSpeak & Skype now Skype has turn into nothing but a joke but kinda knew that was going to happen when Microsoft brought them thank god i stop using Skype a long time ago.
