Quick News

It's not their best work no. I like it when they combine copper and shiny silver.

If my blocks ever crack (that's the only thing left to worry about) then I would like a metal one. I've actually got one here that I wouldn't mind making a new top for (it has three holes but they're sloped for older fittings).

Not that its the place to discuss here, but I don't think I have ever come across news of blocks of today cracking when made of Acetal. You need some serious high PSI to do that now.

I highly doubt mine are Acetal dude. They're probably acrylic. It's not pressure I worry about, more stress from the very heavy 90' and 45' fittings I'm using.

Remember that Raijintek 240mm AIO? with the clear pump/block? they can crack.

Forza Horizon 3 is now available as a demo on the Windows store -

Oooo, interesting.

Another fail for Windows

CoD IW windows gamers will not be able to interact and play with CoD IW Steam users. If you intend to play this with your friends. Make sure you buy the same platform and version

I would blame Activision more than Microsoft on this one.

We already have a thread on this.

Well nvidia is the next company to join the group of data mining.

"Nvidia adds telemetry to it’s latest drivers"

And don't think that AMD will never do this of course they will it's just a matter of time.

Really not a big deal. Add into the fact companies have been doing this for years if not at least a decade by now. And another fact, you sign an agreement allowing it. So it's also your fault for not reading the agreement.

lol you know people don't do that and sometimes with the EULA they use lawyer talk

I'm not bothered if it's just telemetry on settings used, GPU used, Basic system specs etc... but if it gets anymore personal than that they are taking it too far IMO.

We now have an article and thread on this and have asked Nvidia for comment.

At this time it is unknown why Nvidia has added this to their drivers, but hopefully Nvidia will provide and explaination soon.

That's still on you though. They have to have that agreement. If you don't read it, well that's not there fault

Well Google, FB, etc get more personal. But they don't share it. It's encrypted and then used for research purposes like AI and stuff. That's fine IMO

This has just been found as the cause of a number of SSD crashes on our company pcs. Due to our bad antivirus we have no control over (mcafee) and this incredible writing. Our IT just smiled and think this is the reason for so many issues here. All this writing of garbage and then scanning over and over.

Outcome: They just blocked Spotify for all employees

Some people have suggested it's related to your playlist db file being vacuumed constantly, so different accounts have different results. Not sure how true it is, but sounds plausible.

oh great..

I use the spotify app incredibly heavily at home on my desktop. I have a huge amount of playlists so if anything my drives (840s are ticking timebombs) are probably going to not last nearly as long as i would hope. I can't wait to see how many TBs in wear my already tired drives have had.

If you run Samsung magician it does keep track.

Yes but sadly I cant change all the vacuum points in the registry to abcdef since I do not have any rights to do so on my work pc. I agree though, it does sound plausible. I dont use spotify on home pc so nothing to test there. Perhaps someone else can test it and report back.
