Why so many games disappoint in co op ?!?!?

On it's own it might be poo but Aliens Colonial Marines with 3 other players is immense in co-op especially on harder difficulties

We (my chum in the USA and I) used to play Left 4 Dead 2 all of the time. I mean at least four to five hours a day. It was seemingly never ending, because there were always new campaigns being released by modders.

Sadly L4D2 has now been woefully left behind in the graphics stakes and just looks a bit poo

Seeing as the upgrade process doesn't work, not really sure how this is going to pan out, lots of bricked PC's for people who don't understand how to do a clean install. They are going to upset a lot of customers IMO.

It's there own fault as well as Microsoft for forcing Windows 10 down peoples throat who don't want it.....lol

You have the option to say no to the upgrade. Not really a big deal tbh. It's only downloading part of 10 so the upgrade process is much faster when you actually use it. I still think using the media creation tool is the way to go though. Super easy

That is the biggest problem, People don't understand that, IMO the reason why Windows 10 has a higher adoption rate cause most people have no clue and they just go ahead and do it.

Need to remember most Windows users have no idea on what there doing.

Not really cause Windows 10 as done a forced upgrade even tho people have said NO, I know this has happen to people, Remember dude that pop-up is nag ware even if you say NO it was come up again in about 5 to 10 minutes asking again.

Yeah I haven't witnessed the upgrade work successfully and it seems to be a challenge to get it running correctly even after a clean install. My friend had huge issues with wireless adapter compatibility and when he eventually found a working solution it was killed every time a secondary display was connected. There are quite a few products for which drivers just don't exist, i've got a mouse which is completely useless with 10 but no issues with 7/8/8.1. I had monumentally stupid problems over the weekend with 10 deciding to automatically install nVidia graphics drivers constantly and repetitively, weirdly the ones it chose were nearly 10 months old.

But the age old question remains, what are you going to do? Pretty much all gaming is Windows only. I've tried to ditch it so many times but I always come back.

Nice - might be worth the four bucks I paid after all.

TBH I didn't mind it - despite the stupidity of some of the characters decisions in the campaign. It just needed more alien levels and less Weyland-Yutani company baddies.

Rubbish it does work, I've upgraded all 3 PC's in my house using the upgrade route with no problems.

This new one changes that. Again it's easy enough to remove anyway with a simple Google search

Oh for sure, if 3 examples are fine then I guess it always works 100% and mine didn't freeze loading files and my friends didn't also fail and he wasn't advised by Microsoft to reinstall his old OS recover the key and enter that into a clean install because the upgrade failed to activate itself.

I am getting close to going back to Windows 8.1, because I am sick and tired of having to enable the ethernet port on my pc everytime I boot in to windows.

Only does it after the 1151 upgrade or whatever version it is on now, checked all the bios settings, driver settings etc but cannot figure it out.

One thing I have not tried yet is adding another ethernet card in and turning off the onboard killer nic, which I am not to happy with hopefully when I upgrade my cpu and motherboard, I will be able to find a board that doesn't use the garbage killer nic's.
