Quick News

That's for any game dude. They need to focus on more than one platform so they get less time. If they were PC only then it would have been better easily. But like he said, on PC they wouldn't have made enough money and Witcher 3 wouldn't have been possible on the same scale.

Day 1 patch supposedly returned higher graphics settings though.

It did massively. They also said in future patches they may be able to increase the PC quality too.

Looks like details on the 980Ti have been picked up via Shipping details. Nothing concrete but it looks promising.

Here is another interesting bit of news related to AMD, could possibly also explain the reason why no one has stepped in to aquire AMD and merge with them.

It basically explains the Cross Licensing Agreement in place between AMD and Intel at the moment.

I wonder if it will be the full core like the TX.

Would be awesome but I can't see it myself seeing as Nvidia will pretty much have killed off the TX only 3 months after it's launch seeing as the only difference would be extra memory.

The first Z170 Mainboards have "leaked"

I've heard that one before :p

I've gone from a 2700K, 3770K, 4770K and now the 4790K.

I have seen zero improvement between them *Heat and electricity usage aside* so unless Skylake is made of pixie dust and unicorn splurge I doubt it's going to be any better than the 4790K I have running at 4.80GHZ.

Plus by waiting for Cannonlake I can save up a while longer and get a full bank of Corsair Dominator Platinums and what ever top end Nvidia GPU is out at the time :)

Microsoft has been previewing some updates to its music and video apps for Windows 10 recently, but it looks like bigger changes are on the way.

The software giant has revealed a new look and feel for what appears to be an upcoming release of the music app for Windows 10.

A screenshot posted on Microsoft's support site shows a dark themed app that looks very similar to Spotify.

While the existing music preview app for Windows 10 doesn't have many huge changes from the Windows 8 version, this updated preview includes recent tracks on the side and an improved hamburger menu on the left.

The overall theme is black, compared to the white version that Microsoft is currently previewing.

Microsoft may have dropped the Xbox branding from its Music and Video apps for Windows 10, but this upcoming release also looks very similar to the Xbox app for Windows 10.

Microsoft continues to tweak the user interface of Windows 10, with black and white themes expected to be the primary color options once the operating system is relased this summer.

OC3D featured on NCIX for 5 seconds ^_^

Awesome how OC3D has gone from totally unknown to the tech community to slightly known, Which is good progress considering the tech community is MAHOOSIVE and OC3D compared to every other publication is probably the smallest in terms of staff :)
