Questions about the h100i

Yup, same! This thing makes an H100i look useless for me. I was really (pleasantly) surprised when I heard the price too! :)

yes the pump looks like it's really good quality, i love the nice soft tubing, the swivel fittings and the radatior with a proper fillport and everything :)

it'll prolly beat the cooler master eisberg to the shelves. these two will be butting
sales-heads. i love the swiftech fans (these are PWM) and they have a 140 counter-part
as well to match in a case. but i am hoping for a better showing than the older
all-in-one from swiftech from long time ago.. that was a train-wreck LOUD, unpredictable
and inconsistant. this one actually looks a lot better, but i don't think it'll replace
proper water-cooling.

Yes indeed! I mean, we've already seen comparisons in Linus' and Elric's video's but I'm always a bit skeptical when it comes down to tests and comparisons from manufacturers themselfs. I'll wait for the third party/ independant reviewers to take a look at this thing! Pretty excited though :)

(Like AMD, they use slower RAM and such on the Intel platforms when doing comparisons, lmfao)

i don't except it to replace proper water cooling, but as they were saying it is kind of in between an AIO like the corsair stuff and proper water cooling plus options to expand it. i was never really excited about the corsair stuff but i really like the look of this. i'm excited to see some real world reviews.

got to say im not over impressed by it been running it since end of december, think its only just better then my old air cooling solution i was running, gaming yesterday still hitting 60c after a few hours of in game action
and im not even OC or anything.

i assume you're talking about the h100i? if so i completely agree i never was impressed with it and that's why i was waiting for something better to come out.

Mine is only noisy (grinding) when fan controller is on low. When I tip on balance or Performance noise fast stop. Nothing like on this video.

I think You don't need to wait to much
This

plus 4x this

14$ on frozencpu

This can became maybe most famous Swiftech product.
Special if unhappy CORSAIR Hydro customers start to buy that.

Some of them didn't wait immediately start RMA when hear grinding, like I say mine is silent on balanced and performance but I saw 100% silent H100 and H100i on all speed.

Im very excited about the swifttech h220 i'm thinking about that for myself when it comes out. personally i like the noctua fans better than the gt fans but i love the gt fans too. we have lots of noctua fans here already though so i will use those...

as far as the h100 we had a few of them that was grinding but my dad doesn't seem to mind it too much so he will just keep using it for now.

I want to try Swiftech, because I have good CPU sample 4.5GHz LinX AVX Edition stable at only 1.175V.

I can 4.8GHz MAX because temps border at 1.275-1.300V(BIOS) 12-15h last Prime95. But my temps with H100 are 95C on 4.8GHz.
I want to hit 5.0GHz, CPU can I know that under 1.4V but temps are too high.
If something can help me to hit that except custom loop(no money) that is Swiftech H220.
But I keep CPU stock for every day for now but MAX for 24/7 4.5GHz is enough for me.
We will see after few reviews of H220 like I say if show like something good they will earn on that more than all their things together.

very nice, looks like you have a great CPU. mine is not even close to that but i am going to try re-seating my d14 to see if that helps at all.

i agree the h220 looks to me like it's much better than the h100/i you can tell just by looking at the pump and tubing. i'm looking forward to seeing the reviews on it but i love the look of it and i think i will probably get it at some point.

sorry when i posted didn't realize there was a h100 and a h100i

i have the h100 i dont get any nosies from it or anything just dont seem to be any better then the Thermalright True black i had.
think maybe i was expediting more from it.

And popular stores usually go a bit below that price to stay competetive as well. Don't quote me no that though ;)

We'll see, but it's definitely an interesting product

This one definately looks interesting and hope the big guy gets around to a review sooner than later . The entry level raystorm kits are a viable alternative fiscaly but as I,m actually shelling out money for parts now I'm getting white knuckled over the chance ( even minimal ) of a tragic , system drowning leak . I'd like to see a pole on the number of peeps whove experienced this .
