FINAL AND READY FOR CLEANUP THEN SHIPPING!

The units been changed to face with even higher loads on my new tester now 270-300 at -35C or colder. An SLHX and my custom subcooling enhancer has been installed, as well as a solid state relay fan controller. This unit keeps the same -35 to -38C across 100 to 300 watts :).

On to pics, just need to clean it up and cut a new board.

This units for Harvshark, a member of XS. He recently had his Vapo LS get abused, raped, then plundered by a QX6700's heat load, he turned to me to build him a monster. So, a 1/2hp Danfoss SC12MLX, a large modded condenser with large axial fan, and a 36" braided flex line with a Runmc evaporator on the end.

Screw the details, here's some pics!

Hey post back your temps with that SC12. I have made several units that hold quad well with NL11F. All with accumalators, Suction HX desuperheaters and large condensors.

Nice work NoLers. Pwns any retail unit, and thats one nice flexline. It one of rons?

I still can't belive how big those acumalators are, and cheap! May need some shipped accross the pond one day:p.

Thats huge. When's this one due to be done?

Bout a week, repaired my vac pump, need to pick up oil that just arrived at my fathers, and then I can begin the fun.

Now that is nice NoL! That should hold his quaddy at a nice frosty temp

Temps should be good even though this is more a load carrying unit!

Will do, Suction HX turns units into completely different beasts, they actually don't help a huge lot in our systems, minimum gain but help with floodback. This is going to be tuned for 275 watts of load, using 12 feet of .036" capillary (switched up a size just for that), and with this size unit, and the MLX series likes a bit higher suction pressure, I'm sure I could put dual evaps with 275 watts of load. This things pretty amazing and the condensers I now mod/use are just as nice.

Thats a commercial one from Yellow Jacket, just as good as Ron's/Jinu's. Those accumulators are pretty nice, $2 a pop its hard to beat. There originally meant for vertical usage, but horizontal will work more as a speed reducer without oil problems.

Once Harvshark gets it (expect two weeks), I'll ask him for a CPU-Z and a picture of it running. This thing should really push his quad core :)
