case fan is not showing up in bios..neither showing up in any software either. on full tilt most of the time, setting in bios set to pwm,as advised in the case manual,
not over heating,just noisy,
thinking of getting new pwm fans but not until i get this problem sorted as if i can't control one case fan by pwm there is no point..

have one driver issue but can't seem to find much on the web windows can't seem to find a driver for it either. driver is 690Lc showed up under Asmedia Usb drivers that I forgot to install...when I did install drivers it was not installed not sure whether it is even related to the same Drivers?

Have you checked to see if the header you have it plugged into is a true PWM one? This can mess around with the RPMs if they aren't.
