PSU & RAM choice for my rig

To put it short, the rig is for massive multi-client mmo-rpg, that puts a lot of stress on cpu, ram and simultaneous micro-data transfers with the hdd.

Here is my near final list of parts:

MB cheapest w/rad on all 8 phase Asus P8Z77-M PRO 139,90 € 123,90 €

CPU Ivy slightly lower tdp than 2nd Gen Core i5-3570K 210,00 € 204,90 €

RAM blue 16GB cost effective on low 1,35V GSKILL-F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXM 105,99 € 104,90 € tbd

SSD M4 beats em all CRUCIAL-CT128M4SSD2 107,89 € 107,89 €

Box Design,strong quiet PC Fractal Design Define R3 - Arctic White 84,90 € 78,99 €

PSU 500W+ semi passif, cheapest tbd to be determined -maybe a Be Quiet- 70,00 € 70,00 € tbd

Total 718,68 € 690,58 €

What is left to determine is:

_The PSU, i think i'l go for a BE QUIET 500W (idk exact name yet) i'v read on forums that they can be quiet. Eny ideas for a good PSU?

_The Ram. I prefer low V ram because previously i'v had low V ddr2 that run much better than normal V ram that i later upgraded too.

Also for my multitasking i'm going for cost efficient 16GB, more than that gets much more expensive. So the GSKILL-F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXM (is colored blue with a pretty cooler that suits the MB- not that it maters much)

But i don't know if that 1600Mhz certified ram may be a bit too slow for overclocking the CPU to a relatively modest OC (hoping at 4.5Ghz) Does the ram speed need to be higher for a better OC? if so maybe the ram can OC enough enyway.

Sory if i'v wrote too much, i hope someone can be kind enough to answer my questions enyway =)
