PSU Help?

Hi! I'm new to this forum ><

Anyways, I was wondering if I could get a little bit of insight with regards to my computer and if I'm relatively safe with regards to my power supply.

I built my rig back in 2011, but I'll try and be as specific as I can in terms of part list. Feel free to ask for clarification as I appreciate your help!

i7 2600K (Stock for the moment)
Thermalright Silver Arrow (The original one with 2x4 Heatpipes)
Asrock Z68 Ex4
4x4GB G.Skill Sniper Low Voltage Ram 1600MHz 9-9-9-24-2N
GTX 570 (On a 480 PCB.. yep. Got one of those.)
2x1TB Seagate Barricudas
120 GB OCZ Agility 3
Corsair TX750V2 PSU
Haf 922 (2x 200mm, 1x 120mm fans)

Alright so with that said, I'm about to add a new SSD (literally just bought an MX100), and I added a 140mm Bitfenix Spectre Pro w/LED (not really worried about this).

What I was wondering was, am I good in terms of headroom? I'd like to overclock my 2600K to 4.2/4.3/4.4GHz (whatever I can get below 1.3V as I need this chip to last another 2-3 years).

Thanks!

750 Watts will be more than plenty mate. You really have nothing to worry about, could probably easily get away with a 550Watt unit even :)
