Using Linux and a certain driver, the PS3 was able to capture the Wii's controller movement.
The only displayed usage was controlling a slide show by turning the controller, so it is unclear where the project is standing at the moment, but it is clear that the potential is there.
SONY might not even need to copy the controller, it will be able to use it in its original form.
