Proposed Gaming build

So right now I'm finally in sight of being able to start saving up for parts, I don't have anything to hand at the moment. It will be a few months before I actually start getting stuff together and building.

I wanted to throw out my proposed part list and let you guys help me fill the gaps and possibly change some of my choices. I've never built something as high end as this is going to be, but I've put in the time to research parts and have built a few lower end computers for friends and family. I'm going to do a concise list and then break down why afterward and talk about which parts I'm dead set on and which I'm up for some input on maybe changing.

Tentative Part List:
CPU - i7 4790k
MB - MSI z97 GD-65 Gaming
RAM - undecided (probably something 16gb at 1866)
PSU - undecided
GPU - EVGA GTX 780 ti w/ acx cooler
Storage - 256 GB SSD and 2 TB mechanical for storage
Case - NZXT H630
Cooling - H100i and a handful of AF/SP 120s

I know the i7 is a "bit" overboard for a straight gaming rig, but I'll be "sharing" it with my girlfriend who works for a publishing company as a copy editor/graphic artist/writer/photographer. Also, why not?

The motherboard I'm not dead set on, but I like the looks and it's more than capable. Something might come out between now and when I build, or you guys might propose something I want to do instead.

The RAM I'm not sure on, I'm still deciding on speed and stuff but I am pretty sold on sticking with 16 gigs for this build.

The power supply I'm not sure on simply because I'm still looking in to what is available in the power range I need, and any input is more than welcome.

The graphics are where I want them to be, but I'm not above taking input/criticism/ideas.

Storage I've only managed to lock in what I want size wise. For mechanical drives I've been doing Western Digital for a while now, and the only one that has died was I think 10 years old. I just haven't decided on which SSD and whether to go blue or black on the mechanical.

I'm pretty dead set on the case, I love the looks and the layout. I'm well aware of the draw backs and will take any advice you have on other cases but I'm probably sticking with the H630.

The cooling is pretty standard, I want to go all in one for practical reasons. The H100i isn't locked in and I'm still looking at other options, but it does function well enough. The fans are mostly because they work well and I like the way they look, but once again input is appreciated.

I haven't started to worry about peripherals yet, but if any of you have a mouse/keyboard/panel you really love don't hesitate to tell me about it. I like nice things.

I'd love to hear/read suggestions to fill the holes, or fine tune the build.

As a reward you guys will get all the pictures you could ever want when I start putting this thing together.

thanks
