UPDATE
Sorry for the delay, still on this naff forum style but i'm gonna give you all an update because it has been a while and i don't want you missing out. On a slight side note i got my results for my Uni Level 2 Mech Eng today and got myself a strong 1st, so im pretty happy to say the least!
Pretty Much just at the assembly stage so here it is all coming together.
Top fans
Both rads, fans and the pump res combo all in.
In goes the motherboard. But the 4+4pin doesn't quite fit...
To solve this minor issue i am just going to take out the grommets that i had installed on the rad. They are pretty pointless and don't do much so it is no real loss.
Much more space
Powersupply in, and i do so love these cables!
A quick bit of admiration for my work on the 24 pin cable
Put my PCI Cards in. Definitely worth spraying the backplate i think as it makes the back look so much tidier.
Put in my fan controller and checking it works fine.
It looks very blue in the picture because the white balance was not set right but it is definitely white.
Midway through i received my new ENORMOUS boogie bug. I had no desk space so just draped it over my case, lol.
Cables getting messy already but will tidy up at the end.
In goes the tubing. Without the GPU backplate for now as i made a mistake and it was due to be delivered next day so i just sorted myself out ahead of time.
Another shot of the rear I/o in black. So smooth...
Filling!
Stupidly didn't have quite enough fluid to fill the loop first time so i sent in a special request to the customer service at OCUK on thursday at 4:50 and 5UB sorted me out personally to ensure i got my second bottle of fluid next day Thanks again OCUK! (especially 5UB) Hope its ok to say this here? 
...And leak testing. For hours...
So many cables!
Now tidied to the best of my ability and the SSD hidden behind the optical bays with some double sided foam tape. Foam is unnecessary i know, but it works.
Summary
So there we have it. I have made you watch all the building without putting a single shot of the final product
The next update will be revealing i promise! Thanks to everybody that has made such complimentary comments and i hope that you feel free to ask any questions that i might be able to help you with.

Thanks for all the great comments. Unfortunately i have just move and no home internet until the 24th. I will try and get the final pics up asap after that date.

At long last, the final installment of my 600T build log. It was an extremely long road for the build and the log but I feel it is definitely worth it. I took these pictures today so there were a few modifications from the first time i 'finished' it. Just couple of little things but i thought it would be appreciated if i updated the very latest state of play.
So here are a few pics of the build for you to enjoy.
Please note Blu-ray drive in the front is only temporary while i am watching game of thrones then i will take it out again as it is damn ugly
Only problem now is that the fan controller sits back from the front bezel slightly so i need to drill some new holes but my new flat has no outside space that i could do this easily so it will have to wait for now. However, it does do a good job at keepin my pump down about 9v which is much quieter.
Thanks all for taking the time to look through my log and hopefully i will find time to do another soon. My next build is going to be a server in a bitfenix so i am looking for ideas at the moment.

Well the final pictures on the last update were my best effort
I don't know what else i can do to tidy really. The door goes on without any force, and i cant see any unnecessary cables. There are not quite enough tie down points on the back of the motherboard tray IMO so that makes it a little harder but with all the extra fan extension cables and stuff it does make tidying a mission.
Got any ideas i could try?
