1. Mask up the side panel you want to put the window in. Mark out the area for cutting. Use a jigsaw to cut the window and tidy up with a metal file.
2. Rub the entire case down with some fairly coarse sanding paper, spray a couple of layers of primer on, flatten the primer with some very fine sanding paper, spray on several coats of black using fine sand paper between each coat to keep it nice and flat.
3. Take your case down to the nearest tube station or underpass and wait for graffiti kiddies to turn up. Pay them £5 to graffiti on your case.
4. spray it with a few layers of clear coat to make it nice and shiny![]()

1- a 3.0ghz to a Pentium D 945 (Dual Core) and overclocking that also![]()
name='Ham' said:Are you going from a 945 or to one mate? As id really suggest a low level core 2 over a netburst based chip...
name='Ham' said:By low level core 2 i mean a CPU like the E8200.
Even if you need a motherboard upgrade as well, it would definitely be worth getting. These chips out perform any old Pentium D chip at lower clock speed. And have greater performance gain from overclocks.
name='Hatman' said:What he means is even a low clocked core2 would be better then a pentium d.
Something like a E2160 would be a much better buy and those are extremely overclockable.

name='kataras' said:just looked it up on MSI's website. says that it supports core 2 duo's if your board is 2.2 or later. might be a good thing to check it out. and if it is 2.2, get something like E4x00 series they go cheap as well as 2MB of L2 cache sounds better than 1MB. or even if you got enough moneys, get E6600 which i think go now for something like 100quid (not sure tho).
name='Fatal M' said:but the part i didnt understand from u is the2.2 ??
name='kataras' said:No, it is not bios (although you would be required to update bios for core 2 duo support in case it is 2.2 or later), it is the actual version of motherboard (pcb board). it should tell you what version or revision you have right on the motherboard it self, means you'll have to open the case up and look for it somewhere in there:
PS. simple way to find out if it is 2.2 just look how many ram slots you got if 2 then it is 2.2woooo if 4 then it could be either 1.x or 2.3
