Project: The Canadian [mATX Water cooled]

The progress is really showing, loving the psu/rad cover finished over with white carbon vinyl and the vandal switches are made to be used on this build

I will now post an update, and I will do another follow up update by the weeks end as well!

So my GPU water block came in! First thing I did was rip the box into a million pieces,

and it looks really nice!

Right after I took a good luck at it, I began to install it onto my card! Good bye stock cooler, you won't be missed!

and voila! Ready to be popped into the rig!

Well, after making the first cover for the power supply and bottom single radiator, I thought, why not clean it up a bit and make another cover, but for the dual radiator that sits vertically in the front of the case?

So I did just that!

After cutting the holes out, and bending it to fit, it was complete!

So that has been half the update for now, I will post the second half once I capture a few more shots of the rig. Also, in the pictures to come, I will show the finished radiator cover, with the carbon vinyl on it, the cover installed, and actually, the whole rig running with the water inside of it!

So the rig is up and running as I type this, but I wouldn't call it complete, as I am still awaiting the vinyl decals to be made of all the sponsors logo's which will be put on the bottom power supply cover.

Only just seen this, nice work, it looks amazing. Really liking the build and great clear photos. I will keep watching this thread to see the finished product.

aaaaaand right in the middle of me starting a build for a Super Tower watercooled, I look at this and immediately feel like building something smaller....must resist urge! O_O

nice clean build.

let me give u a tip : the parts that u paint must be at it's normal position while painting it. so the side panels must be standing up and the top and bottom must be laying down during the process .

cheers

I disagree. They should all be laying flat to give the same textured look all around. Otherwise you get dripping or sliding texture.

you get dripping or sliding texture.

if someone knows how to spray paint then there won't be any drips , bleeding etc.

check videos from professional painters painting a car u'll see that they paint the doors standing up and the hood lying. same goes for bikes too.

despites that spraying(with a spray can) a part laying down the can will spit the paint all over the item. in order to avoid that u must spray with the can in diagonal position. that will produce uneven result and too much overspray.

The build looks good. I like the red and white theme. It is also great to see that DAZMODE is sponsoring your build. I created the new into animation for DAZMODE Youtube Videos.
