I think I have set on a setup ideal for my use which will be some heavy gaming,internet browsing and a bit of photoshop.

The only parts I have not decided on yet are the water cooled parts and I need some help deciding what to purchase.

This is going to be a slow time build but I have listed the specs and would like your opinion prior to me purchasing anything.

Case: Coolermaster HAF 932 Case - Black

you sure on the 4870? you could get the 5770 which has dx11? and basically the same speed

Didnt even notice that so that is a definet update to my list, bonus with the dx11 and HDMI.

its around 5% slower then the 4870 but the added benifit of dx11 just seems worth it and its price shudnt depreciate that much , but you could also overclock the 5770 too greater speeds getting the 4870

Do you have any suggestions on water cooled parts?

It's payday tonight so I might start ordering items.

im not your man for watercooling as ive only had air cooled pc's in the past, but they are many members on this forum that have more knowledge in watercooling

there the standard of parts you should never drop from in watercooling

but it all relys on your budget which i dont know

Not sure what size rad you can fit in that case, but if you can get a PA120.3 in there then go for it! One of the best out there.

For CPU block though, If you dont mind spending a little more I'd go for a Heatkiller 3.0 block. The best performing block out there (I think... was last time I checked!) with the added bonus of looking extremely cool

Pump - I've used the ultra in all my builds since I've joined. It's still going strong. Just get it!

Rad - I have used a few makes and sizes (singles/doubles/tripples) and I settled on a pa120.3. I don't think the make of rad makes much diff tbh... Just cpu in the loop, decent single or any double rad will do. CPU and gpu any generic tripple will do, imo.

Block - personal taste, they don't cost much ~£30-40 so just get whatever floats your boat.

As for the rest, looks alright. Really depends on what you are going to do. If you just surf and game get a cheaper dual core and spend more on your GPU.

Thanks for the help guys, I think the first port of call is order the HAF 932 case first and build from there

When you buy the HAF932 please keep in mind it has the industry standard 15mm spaced holes. The old thermochill radiators have 25.4mm spacing which means they will not fit.

New thermochills have 15mm spacing.
