Well said Stepster, I was just gonna say something similar. A quick search of "Anti static wrist strap" will provide you numerous options most of which will post worldwide for probably only a few quid.

Or get an old plug, find the earth socket on it, remove everything else apart from the earth pin, wrap some wire around the pin and tape it in place, then run the wire around your wrist.

just make sure its the earth, or screw in a bolt and nut into a hole on ur case with a wire warped in between and other end wrap around you wrist.
