A quick written update. I received my Cosmos a while ago, I have just been really busy with exams and other 'stuff'... however this is only Project: Deadline 1.0 done 
it has all been stripped and ready for a new coat of paint now that it is summer and so the enamel will cure properly. Also I have made some small changes to the top panel so you do not get that large amount of light leaking out the top (where the acrylic and aluminium meet there is a 2mm gap). I am hoping to get this all done and dusted before I leave for the USA in July as I have another project to get under way!
