Update:
All of the parts are in! I've spent the last few hours modding the case and I'm almost done, I'll finish tomorrow after work. I ran in to a lot of problem with craptastic tools. My damn drill wouldn't hold a charge long enough to drill half way through the bottom of the case which means drill half, wait 45 mins, drill half, wait 45 mins. Such a PITA. Other than that, I busted out the dremel and dremeled 6 holes in the mobo tray so that ALL of the cables can be routed behind, including ATX and 8 pin power. I also dremeled a hole in the back top panel piece near the PSU so that I can take all of the psu cables behind the mobo tray from the top.
Everything said and done this build should be CLEAN. So clean you could eat off it it :yumyum:
Oh yeah my cam batts died so I couldn't take any good pix
bleh. I took a few with my phone though, I might get them uploaded when I get home (doing this stuff at my parents since they have the space for me to spread out and work).

I decided to stay another night at my parents house, too tired to drive back to my place. Tomorrow I will get the modding done and get everything transported to my place and depending on how I feel try and get everything transplanted and running.
Trying not to rush the process as I want to make sure everything works when I press the power button for the first time

I also reccomend a hole in the right side of the CDROM cage somewhere to route the extra PSU cables into.
You've done similar to what I've done with my lian li. I have two holes behind my Mobo Tray just kinda done with a dremel. I used a 2.5" hole saw for the wires for the PSU like you, and a 1" for the CDROM hole.
Cant wait to see the build frag!

UPDATED:
ALMOST FINISHED! It's been a long few days but I almost have her put back together and ready to fire for the first time. All of my cuts for the cable routing were spot on and every last cable is run behind the board, it looks so uber sexy to not have that ugly ATX and EPS cabke hangin' out, same with the IDE and floppy cables.
I have dry tested the vapo without hooking it up to the comp and it creates some beastly snow cones
I got the mobo mounting install done and I also got the evap housing install done, just have to mount it up now.
Left to do:
-Install media card reader & floppy drive
-Route a few last fan wires and find some spots for some temp sensors
-Mount CCFL's (thinking about ditching the ccfl's and just rucking the mobo LED's....)
-Mount and install ChillControl module
-Mount case on Vapo, attach evap
-Overclock like a mudda!

Edit: Ya know what I just realized??? My mobo only has 2 internal USB connectors, and I have 3 devices + front panel USB connectors which = needing 4 internal USB headers, bleh! I was planning on ditching the front panel connectors and just doing chillcontrol + LED, completely forgot about the media card reader. What shall I do???

ALMOST UP AND RUNNING! Put a few tuoches on it this morning before heading off to work, I now have the case bolted to the Vapo, ChillControl board installed and wired up, fan cables have been dealt with
I can't wait to post up some pix, this thing is just gorgeous, specially with all of the hidden cables, it's just awesome. :rocker:
Only things left to do:
-Mount evap to CPU (5 mins)
-Install AudioMax riser (15 seconds)
-Press power button and hope for a boot! :rocker:
@mark: Ya know what, I think I may have fixed the problem... Maybe someone can let me know if this will work or not. My LCD and the ChillControl USB cables are only a single row connector and I've connected both to a single internal usb header, one on top one on bottom. Each header is a dual channel header correct? In theory this should work and will leave me one complete header for the media card reader. I took the card reader out for now, and if my current USB wiring works then I'll throw it back in and get it plugged in.
In other news: Sold my MacBook Pro for $2500 on eBay, will ship out on Monday... *sniffles* Bye MBP, you shall be missed :wavey:
