Project: Bruiser. Dual (possibly triple) loop TJ07

Chill out I'm currently working my back end off at 4.45/hour, also around 12 hours a week. But also with a fulltime (40h+) bachelor study at the same time. I just tend to spend my money on ... well, recently my new rig and this week a new laptop, which I found more useful than a WC setup which I also considered.

But as said, looking forward to the pics

yeah we are both in the same boat (so to speak)

and I will be doing a triple loop. gonna be a while though probably. I know i'd use a PA120.2 though, in the bottom compartment, and probably cool the graphic(s) card(s) with it. notice the plural!

Finally! A real Update!

still not got the powdercoated parts though

Been gathering some things ready for the weekend rebuild (I will have the powdercoated parts friday or saturday - so look out sunday for an update!)

first, whilst disassembling my system, I noticed this

and discovered why thorough cleaning of parts beforehand is essential

anyways, installed a few black boxes to mount rads on, and to hide the ugly PCB. (ignore white sticky pads, cleaned them off later on)

got my 2 reservoirs and temp sensor (hopefully ill get another of these)

murdermod sleeving

ATX24, ATX8, PCI-E 6+8 all individually sleeved (took me like 6 hours)

tubing test fitted:

oh noes! kinked! (sorted it after ofc)

I also got a bit more acrylic than I thought too...may have some surplus

ARGH! TOO MUCH!

More loops means more hose, you have to ballence out how messy the tube will look, thats why I only did 1 loop in heaven and hell.

I like the way TJ-07's look, but wouldnt want 3 loops in one and have to look at it, or even work on it!

okay update time!

case came back from the powdercoaters!!!! yay!

installed the roof radiator with 0mm of clearance remaining between the mobo and rad!

cables sleeved (rear view)

made me a res holder from a spare bezel. if anyone has a spare TJ07 Bezel PLEEEASE can you send me it! I need another unmodded one!

okay, here are how the pumps are mounted.

First, I got two XSPC DDC stands and put the pumps on them.

Then, I discovered that they needed modding to mount them vertically (look at the bases) dremel to the rescue!

then, I had a bright Idea. I used the USB/Firewire/Headphone bay device as a flat base. Then I drilled a few holes to secure the stands & pumps in place.

Voila! One Pump mount. fits really nice too

still needs a hole for the tubing though which is why there is some masking tape on there still.
