Project: Blue Dawn

Finally ordered the connectors and pins for the LED strips. I will be using the white LED strips within the case. I have decided on the Xigmatek XAF-1256 for the front intake and rear exhaust, then two Xigmatek XLF-F1455 fans for the top exhaust. The reason I went with Xigmatek was due to the fact that they were far cheaper even though they will probably not perform as well as the Bitfenix Spectre Pro's, and I can get the locally. I also very much liked the aesthetics of the fans as well as the subtle white LED's.

Just some more pictures (Rampage II Extreme [slightly modded, look up pictures of the 'stock' board] decided to modify it to fit into the build more)

i7 950
ASUS Rampage II Extreme
OCZ Reaper 1866
Hopefully I will be getting two GTX460's and a Coolermaster Silent Pro M2 720W soon.
Intel cooler was just used for testing purposes, so was the nVidia 6200

Man for the first time vinyl that looks EPIC!! i couldn't do that well with loads of practice :) Ive got to say i love the MB with that RAM looks great, i cant wait to see it all come together :)

oh and in the UK you have to wait for the one day a year that you can paint on :P and even then it will start to rain... :L

Thanks, and I actually laughed at the one day of painting a year!

This PSU is VERY good! Quiet, looks great and nice cables. The i7 950 is running at a solid 4GHz, RAM at around 1750MHz, GPU's at 800MHz core 2GHz Mem at only 20% fan speed idle! Overall I am extremely happy with the rig and I will try for a greater overclock.
