Hello everyone, i thought i will post some pictures of my Define XL if anyone is interesting in how i did all the mods and all that.
My english is not the best so dont be to hard on me
Specs on the rigg:
CPU: AMD 8120
GPU: 2x HD 6970
RAM: AData 8 gb
MB: Gigabyte 990FX UD3
PSU: Fractal Design Newton R2 800W
SSD: 2x Samsung 830 (Raid 0)
HDD: WD green 2tb
Chassi: Fractal Design Define XL
Watercooling:
Radiators: one 3.140, 35mm thick and two 2.120 30mm thick.
Pump: D5 with Bitspower modkit and pump top.
Res: Bitspower 150.
Waterblocks: all EK blocks.
Fittings: all bitspower.
Coolant. Meyhams pastel ice white.
"Modding":
Drill mounts and ventilation for the 420rad in the roof.
Drill mounting holes for rad stands in the bottom for the two 240mm rads.
Drill ventilations holes on both of the side panels for the two 240mm rads.
Replace the "middleplate" with smoked acrylic.
think that is all off it, If somone wants to know about the project name i choosed, it is because my last build was made in a Fractal Design Define and now i am building in the big brother of the chassi

Here is how i planed to do it
Drilled about 520- 550 holes, It was a real pain to do it and took about 6hrs to do
After drilling the holes for the radstand in the bottom i test fitted the rads.
Pretty tight
And some Sleeve
Test fitting.
And here is the replacement acrylic plate.
