Send all your money my way Phil I'll look after my namesake :)

Well my part will be finnished in the next couple of days I am just a little unhappy with the blue braid its a little to large on tight bends  but not to worry it will be vacced and charged tomorrow then I will tidy her up a bit little bit of braiding, I will make a custom cable ( I think ) for the display so it will sit in the drive bay

Also Phil dont send the panels off yet as I want a fan hole cut in the side panel at the bottom for the prom maybe 2 fan holes will give you details :) but it will look bloody great :)

Custom rear mounting panel for the controler board it will fit in above the psu

It is using UV reactive blue acrylic (Thanks to Phil)

I am going to do the best I can, but its without question the most difficult case I've ever had to anodise, Lian Li have made it virtually impossible for me.

What makes stuff hard to anodise? (i have no experience with the process so excuse the noob question)

It would look awesome if you pulled it off though.

Well one of the reasons its hard to do is the amount of pulling apart you need to do also the reason its called bareback is because you can not pull the rear panels away from the base making it impossible to anodise

As skinny says above, its a bit of a fudge. The case is basically made of two sections, top and front and back and bottom. The back and bottom cannot be taken apart - for one it houses the mach II, but more importantly it holds the rest of the case together, and if I was to take it all apart I'd be left with hundreds of pieces and a real nightmare job on my hands. The top and front took me several hours to remove in their own right. There's over 50 rivets alone just in these parts. Its a nightmare basically and not one I would like to repeat regularly. I will deal with this in my own way however, by releasing my own range of fully customised cases. In the mean time, I will anodise what I can of this. I already have a custom window panel ready for the side panel, and I have considered several blowholes elsewhere. Watch this space.
