Project Blue has been sitting on the back while I upgraded my old setup (see signature). Still have to sort the cooling out because of the two 8800GT's,they do produce some heat even on idle.Couple of fans supplied by a fellow OC3D member will do the trick. Project Blue will have a completely scratch built case out of aluminium and acrylic,once I have ordered the acrylic.

The motherboard will be an ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe

CPU will be my old AMD 4200+,its faster enough for what i want to do.May upgrade later. Forgot to take a pic of it before I put it away safe. Next will be my two Xpertvision 8600GT's,still good for a while longer.Fan and Heatsink will be removed very soon.

Three digital temperature sensors will be used for keeping an eye on the CPU and 8600GT's temperatures also suppled by a fellow OC3D member.

Its nice and simplistic, although I don't like the way the fans are sorta' built into the rad. Looks strange.

Bet it does cable management a favor though.

Fans can be removed off the rads,they are just bolted to it.All cable is sleeved.

Started by producing a mock up with some of the components.

Took the mobo back out to remove AM2 backing plate and fitted the 4 M4x41 screws ,these will hold the water block.Need three hands to fit them.

Altered the mounting for rad and fan assembly so it is secured in one of the 5.25in bays.

Completely fitted and working no post faults and no alarms from watercooling kit.Pics to follow.

have u changed them fans on them 2 8800GT coz your signature tells another story.

8800GT's have the original fans on (this rig i use),the 2 8600GT's have fans but will be replaced with water blocks when i get new memory/ram coolers.
