Sometimes when I put computer in sleep mode it doesn't sleep but only turns off screen.

In your bios check your advanced settings , WAKE UP EVENT SETUP and enable what you want to wake your system.
How did you wake it in the video ?

Usually when PC is correctly in sleep mode then I wake him with power button. And in BIOS is set to wake up by bios

In video I just move the mouse like when screen turns in standby mode.

It was just an idea or something to check , I'm not sure what to tell you because I don't use sleep mode. Sorry , Maybe someone else can give you more info on this.

I think you are confusing sleep mode with hibernation mode. Sleep mode is a power-saving state and will save the stuff you are working on in RAM and use just a bit of power and not shut down completely and can resume in a matter of seconds. Hibernation mode saves what you have opened/RAM on your HDD/SDD and shuts the computer off.

I know what is sleep mode.
But sometimes only screen turns off instead to go in sleep mode. I forgotten to mention after restart sleep mode works perfectly fine.
