Problems folding GTX 680

Could you filter out the SMP results from the log? you can do this in the v7 client itself, just set it to expert mode go to the log screen and filter for the GPU slot.
As far as I can see now it is only the SMP client folding, and the GPU client is still waiting on the servers to hand it a WU.

not really, but I recall reading something about this on the folding forum. I will see if I can find it again.
in the mean time, is it still only downloading? ifso, try setting the GPU on the client to 0 which is the GK104. if you've done this already try the GF (which is ofcourse wrong, but it may work)

I have tried both and just now I added them both at the same time and still always the same

Ok guys. I tried something. I added both gpu-index 0 and 1 and now it reads my GPU as two cards an lots more PPD
It actually went up to 45k PPD at some point so I recommend that you add the other available possibility to get more out of you GTX 680

In my experience this doesnt work to well.. but I only have a GT240, which just causes very low FPS.
and when its overclocked it might crash the driver and usually the WU aswell.
So I wouldnt recommend it
The problem they have with this is that there is no such thing as a taskmanager for the GPU. this means they cant just slow down the GPU, as its not known how much of the GPU is required elsewhere.
