So a quick update, The email must have got lost to the technical support team so i email the sales team and they responded quickly and sorted my problem out. They are sending me a new BIOS chip with the latest BIOS version on so hopefully i will have my computer up and running unless there is another problem. Thanks for all your help guys and a big thanks to Feronix!
Thanks for letting us know how it ended and it's always good to know that it ended well

Replacing the bios chip is easy as can be (though you might have to wiggle it around quite a bit which is fine as long as you don't damage the socket). It's also good to know that Asrock are actually taking their customer support seriously, even though you had to wait a little longer due to an error.
Glad I could help and enjoy your new build!
