Problem with the sabertooth z77

Last monday i recieved my settup with the sabertooth z77 and since then on i am experiencing an problem.....

after i powered my computer i can do what ever i want and after i was done i just shut it down but then i cant power it on anymore!!! only if i unplug the power connector :S. it seems like it crashes on shutdown.

Things i have already done:

Flash bios to newest version.
reset bios
disabled cooldown after shutdown


If someone was experiencing this error could you please tell me how you fixed this?

Motherboard may have died if nothing will turn it on anymore. I personally stay away from Asus...

Try clearing your bios, BUT, don't make any changes. Boot up and close down, then see if ii will power up again. This will eliminate any changes you have made from the equation.

first thing that came to mind for me was your cmos battery, try replacing that. Other then that it could be a host of things from your psu to your cpu/memory/mobo its a case of trouble shooting now im afraid.

If this is a fresh build, 9/10 times startup problems are caused by the PSU

I have replaced the psu and remove the graphics card (only found a 500 watt psu) but no difference....
