Primochill Ice

Anyone have any experiences with this coolant? Just bought a few bottles and noticed flakes in them. Primochill agreed to replace them but just wondering if this type of thing is common as I've not used this coolant before.

eeeeeeewwwwww... unclean coolant? unless it is an "effect" dunna know what
could make a "sterile" coolant get ickie inside...
shouldn't be anything loose or "substrate" in the coolant. other than Mayhems
Aurora, shouldn't be anything "floating" in the coolant..
