Well, since I didn't win the Corsair competition ;p nor any other price, I'll be building my PC hopefully in the near future (around 2-3months). I'm still doing my research to what parts I'll be buying. I already had some thoughts (like an i5 and a 7850) but since I need all the parts including keyboard and monitor, I needed to reduce the budget.
So I'm after parts that offer a good price to performance ratio.....
What I had in mind was this....
i3 (ivy) 3225
MSIZ77a-G45
Corsair Builder 600W
Bitfenix Shinobi (White/blue) no window
Wester Digital Blue 500GB
24x CD/DVD-Rom
2x4GB 1600Mhz (9-9-9-24) RAM
So this is the build. With the 3225 version of the Ivy I would be well to start without the graphics card at first and then add one later. I will probabbly choose a 7770 or 7850... Also MSI mobo is aslo future proof as it handles crossfire.. Also the Powersupply is also capable of crossfiring at least the 7770 (not sure of 7850 but I think it can as well)
So, anyone spots something which isn't right or maybe I missed something.
Help appreciated
Thanks.
