Sam, something must be wrong.. if I have a Quad @ 3Ghz and the idle temp is 11oC. (The room was cool I admit.. but I am usually around 16oC)

I think i may have a bad batch of AS5...my previous zalman gave bad temps...now this is.

its tightened as far as the limiters allow and theres only like 1 scratch on the bottom of the block on the edge. was deffo enuf gloop on there. think ill order some more from wcuk.

AS5 is still the best stuff isnt it

Oh er. my Q9450 is a bit hotter than I would like, idle Core#0/1 44oC, #/4 53oC, and that is only at 3.2Ghz, wonder what it was hitting at 3.8Ghz...

My Q9450 is saying ~30C idle and about 45-50C while running Prime95. I´m using a Thermaltake Big Typhoon 120VX.
