Well, its MG ZR, 1.4 litre 16v 103BHP, supposedly very economical - not! sports suspension, standard alloys which i love, bucket seats which i hate. dont get me started on how bad the k-series engines are, already had quite a few problems due to high mileage, including burnt valves, packed up tappets, water pump and manifold leaking water... thats pretty much it, bought it as was looking something with small engine, and good looking, too bad didnt check whats under the bonnet...

my current car:

golf_1024_noplate.jpg

Mk2 Golf GTi

This is an old picture. I've replaced the exhaust with a full stainless DTM system from the manifold.

I've also replaced the yellow indicators with clear ones & a few alterations with the brakes and general tuning. Looks a bit different but you get the idea :)

My first car was a VW Polo, then I had some comany cars - Vauxall Vectra, Ford Escort 16v, Ford Focus.

VW's are so easy to work on.

I know they look like crap right now but im in the process of fixing them up and making them look nice. Pardon the carpet and crap holding the carpet down on the windshields. We had a bad storm last night and it dumped a load of hail on us so i tried protecting the glass as much as possible.

Heres the 68

Heres the 67. I didnt have time to finish sanding or priming because were losing our house so i kinda had to just pack things up and make them able to move. Thats also why the engine looks like poo right now too.

I'm thinking about it, though then I'd have to buy new wheels and some strut braces and and and...:D Once I've started modding I can't stop! I really want to get the seats recovered in leather first though, very expensive. nice Supra mate :)

Thanks! Only used for competition now but does see the odd weekend out. Not very practical having a full cage and buckets for the road. Not to mention the whine, crunching, popping, whistling etc....;)
