Open the page, highlight, copy, paste. You will end up with something like this:[font="Arial, sans-serif, sans"] [/font]

I swear that looked a lot better when I pasted it.

Print screen, paste it in paint, upload to somewhere like imageshack and use the direct link with the insert image button in the top bar.

Then it should look something like this:
