I may not have many feelings, but I do think calling them aspies is to far. I'm all for calling people snowflake and etc, but not the people who were born with challenges. Idk I'm biased.
But on the joking side, I hate chai tea anything. I hate coffee in general along with tea. I despise Starbucks... Lol

We are what we are. It's better to know that and embrace it rather than trying to be a NT (neuro typical).

Total saving about £1300 lol. I did not get the DAC board yet, as I am running one separately. Might add it in later though. I also did not get the kit (I admit I crapped a little and bottled it) but will go over all of the solder connections once it gets here.
Total cost built was about £98 delivered, with £20 customs fees to go on top no doubt. Still, £120 is entry level head-fi for an amp, so it may well be worth the coin.
I will do a review once it lands and I've sorted the soldering
It comes with blue LEDs, might get rid of those and replace with orange ones and cut a window in the roof. No idea yet.NeverBackDown

Nope I bought one ready made lol. It's identical to the A2 because it uses exactly the same schematics and components
Edit. You can buy it as a kit with no shell, as a kit, or as a kit with the DAC board. I bought it complete (cost me £13 extra) because I was worried about the tiny components and there being so many.

It was a toss up between that and the A5, but when i tested them both the pre amp on the A4 sounded better for the music I play. plus it was £200 cheaper.
Downside is that I have to wait up to 6weeks to get it because of tough import rules on Rosewood in Norway.

I think its the same everywhere now. Even taking guitars out the country seems to be difficult now.
On a different note I bought a temp new case for a high airflow build yesterday and im actually pretty impressed with the quality. It was the Cougar panzer case for £80 you get tempered glass and pretty good construction.

Seriously though, I can see what you mean though. The manufacturer of that particular res holder, only sells them in lots of 1. If you are mounting a res, you need 2 - so - have to buy 2 (hence the handcuffs look).
I could probably have used the EK res holder (and saved myself some money), but I prefer the look of these, and if I do it right, you should be able to see that there is something there, but not really be able to distinguish it from the res tops. I could also have gone the other holder option and saved ~$30, but I figure, in for a penny, in for a pound!
