i cant wait to drive my car in the snow this christmas. rear wheel drive is the best. jokes. my car will be unused if there is a whiff of snow and i will be stealing the mothers discovery. nothing beats a discovery. apart from those dakar rally things and maybe the brabus 6*6 thing that bilzerian has

What are you talking about? It hasn't snowed in the whole area I live in for longer than I've been alive. In fact my parents have never seen snow here:p
It depends where you live tbh. On the West Coast, not so much unless you head up to the Rockies. Midwest.. just tornadoes:D But the east coast gets TON of snow. Not enough salt for them^_^

Not sure what will happen this year. Doubt I would get any here any way given I live right on the beach (never seen snow on the beach before) but hey, you can bet if we do the kids will all get a few days off school.

I lived in a town called Port Talbot in south Wales. Pretty close to Swansea. In all the years i had lived there. Only once I saw snow fall on the beach. My god the sight of it was amazing. That was about 20years ago. I go back home every year to visit my family now at Xmas. Never seen a trace of snow there.

Hopefully next year they come to me in Norway and experience a proper white christmas.
 
Just picked up 2 x of the ML 140 Pro White LED's, It's a real shame Corsair don't sell different colored rubber corner mounts.

But TBH fan prices are getting out of hand i seen the price of the new FD fans yeah getting up to Corsair pricing to me the new Corsair fans are over priced.

Yup a proper white christmas when you wanted one for 30 years is incredible. Logs on the fire etc, all of those tired cliches are all amazing :D

NBD - lol not enough salt :D yeah I've done my homework this year. Got a pot of table salt at the ready :D

I've never been in snow longer than a day and it was barely any at that. I'd have no clue what to do if it snowed a lot tbh. I just know salt works^_^
And never enough of it:p

I just bought 10 ML pro black with no led for £10 each. I figured I could resell them since I didnt like my first batch.

Plugged them into my Aquaaero and they are perfect. Clearly my original purchase must have been a bad batch.
 
Just bought a Corsair 460X RGB after about five years of living in a 500R. (Gallery) It was a good case with lots of cooling and space but I really wanted something where I could see the internals. The 460 is a lot more compact so with dual GPU's cabling was a real PITA. I'll organise some shorter cables in due course.

As I've said elsewhere here I really liked the Fractal Define C and that would have been the more sensible choice however this one just really appealed to me. I love the glass and the backlight glow you get from the fans.

Pictures - Glass is a pain to photograph, hence mostly no window. The GPU sag looks worse in the photos than in real life.

Saved my change for most of this year and cashed it in to buy my Christmas present. They had good deals and I convinced them to throw in a sound bar, a Samsung 450. The TV is a Samsung 50" Class KU6300 4K UHD TV. I've had the same 32" Sanyo CRT since 2000. It still works great, but I had to update with everything HD now. Tired of the cut off picture. I was shocked at how much money I had, enough to buy the set and a sound bar, but the day of their big sale I started to walk out saying I could not afford it. They finally asked what it would take for me to buy the tv. I told them, "Give me an okay sound bar with it, I'm not asking for something grand, a 2.1 would do." They had a giant pile of the 450's, so that is what I said I wanted. I'd already heard one elsewhere set-up, so knew it was good enough for me. Very happy with it. The pic of course does it no justice.
